WHAT IS THE AUTOXPRESS E-STORE?

We have developed our E-Store to give you, our customer, the ability to search through our vast range of products and services, research their features and prices, create your own quotation to make an informed decision on what you need for your car and finally book a service at one of our branches.

  • RESEARCH allows you to compare products and understands their features with current pricing
  • QUOTATIONS allow you to build a quote of all your products and services required
  • BOOK A SERVICE allows you to add your quote onto a booking request at a specific branch for a specified date and time.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

  1. Book a service without selecting any products
  • Visit our Book a Service page for a generic booking
  • Complete the form fields with your details
  • Select your preferred service
  • Select the branch you would like to visit
  • Confirm date and time of visit
  • Book a Service
    • We will contact you during the next business day to confirm your request.
  1. Book a service with a quotation
  • Go to our E-store page
  • Search for a product you need and add it to your quotation
  • Select any relevant add-ons linked to this product
  • Continue to Book a service
  • Complete the form fields with your details
  • Select the branch you would like to visit
  • Confirm date and time of visit
  • Book a Service
  • A quotation will be sent to your email address and our contact centre
    • We will contact you during the next business day to confirm your request.

NOTE: You cannot purchase the products/services online.

CAN I PAY FOR MY SERVICE ONLINE?

  • No, our e-store currently only allows you to search, research, create your own quotation and then book a service in the convenience of your home or office 24/7.
  • Payment can be made at the branch

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M SELECTING THE CORRECT PRODUCT FOR MY VEHICLE?

  1. For Tyres – please use our “How to find your tyre size guide”

    For Batteries – please check the battery AMPs on your current battery

    For other Mechanical Products (e.g. shock absorbers, coil springs and brakes) –

    We encourage you to use the “Search by vehicle” option to search for products. Products are filtered according to the recommended parts for your vehicle.

    However, considering the wide range of car variants, parts recommended may deviate from the actual part for your vehicle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SELECT THE WRONG PRODUCT FOR MY VEHICLE?

If you have ordered the wrong products for your vehicle, our experts will advise you once you arrive at the branch.

A correct quotation will be provided for your approval.

HOW LONG IS A QUOTE VALID FOR?

A quote is valid until the end of the current month.
